The folder contains a set of 15 Mac Icons to decorate your desktop. I remember in shop class when we studied mechanical drawing and we drew what our instructor called isometric views of various buildings, gears and tools. These drawing were not perspective drawings in the "Copeland" sense but they were interesting three dimensional representations nonetheless. "Main Street, USA" presents a group of building icons in this style.
